What a fun day! Only our second time we ever had a St. Patrick’s Day wedding. Heather and Nick chose Tyler Gardens for their venue, a tent wedding in March!  The snow made us so nervous. March’s weather can be so unpredictable. This is the earliest we ever planned a tent wedding. We got a break and the wedding day was beautiful.

Gold sashes on every chair, the guests were welcomed into the tent to soft Celtic music.  The bridal party did not disappoint as they came down the aisle.  Bridesmaids in slate blue gowns with braided hair carried yellow and red shields decaled with the family coat of arms.  The Groomsmen all in kilts made of the Groom’s family tartan plaid adorned with swords.

Tyler Garden’s tent was designed with assorted trees, plants, lanterns and twinkle lights to create a Celtic woodland.  Heather and Nick chose farm tables with italian ruscus and candles running down the center of the each table.  Moss covered table numbers,  favors of seeds and honey completed each table.  Touches of family tartan, the luck of the Irish and a visit from Hef (Hawk from Elmwood ZOO) to complete Heather and Nick’s 2018 St. Patrick’s wedding reception.

Congratulations to Heather and Nick, we wish you both many years of happiness!!
