This elegant styled shoot was inspired by the beauty and romanticism of winter. We chose a soft color palette of dusty blue, silver and sage, and incorporated a lot of greenery and an ice motif to evoke a mood reminiscent of winter. Tyler Gardens was the perfect backdrop for the sophisticated and modern style of this shoot.

The invitation suite created by Pretty Ink Press incorporated elegant calligraphy, a custom monogram, wooden textures, adorable animal illustrations, and blue envelopes lined with evergreen illustrations. Petunia Bergamot designed the lush florals for this shoot, and I absolutely adored the lovely mix of white roses, blue tweedia, larkspur, tillandsia, anemone flowers, dusty miller, eucalyptus pods, brunia, and my favorite unique touch – a pop of fluffy white cotton! An evergreen covered arch was the centerpiece of the ceremony setup, which also included a welcome sign and wooden bench seating accented with florals.
The bride’s wedding gown and white fur stole gave us a perfect winter bridal look for this shoot. With a delicately beaded and embroidered lace bodice, beaded lace appliqués scattered throughout the tulle skirt, and a light blue color, she looked stunning! The bridesmaids wore mismatched floor-length dresses, which created a lovely ombre effect against the wedding gown. A variety of hairstyles done by BeYOUtiful Bride, gorgeous makeup done by Makeup by Samantha Linn, and jewelry provided by L. Priori Jewelry pulled the entire look together. The groom wore a handsome charcoal suit, complete with a blue tie, boutonniere, and a blue and white splatter pattern pocket square.
The reception design featured a farm-style dinner table draped with a shimmery blue crushed linen runner and fresh garland. The dreamy tablescape was accented with elegant tabletop floral pieces, blue taper candles, painted pears, sparkly silver bells, charming menu cards, silver laser-cut place cards, and Mr. & Mrs. chair signs. A vintage white settee, coffee table and side table made for a perfectly cozy lounge area. The wedding cake, made by Snacky French, combined the ice theme and subtle color palette into an amazing three-tier cake. With light blue watercolor icing, crushed rock candy, shimmery sugar crystals, silvery accents and a cake topper, this cake was one to impress!
