Garden Tent

for 100 guests to 350 guests

Our Garden Tent Package is designed for celebrations of 100 to 350 guests, available during our event season from April through November. This package includes a 5-hour event with exclusive use of the gardens, along with two additional hours for photography.

Your reception will be beautifully appointed with ceremony chairs, cocktail hi-top tables with a bike bar, and a stunning pavilion tent complete with mahogany chiavari chairs, round guest tables, additional tables for cake, place cards, and guestbooks, plus a built-in custom bar and spacious dance floor. Romantic string lighting, a refinished patio, a cozy fire pit with lounge seating, and attached finished restrooms provide both elegance and comfort. For seasonal, the tent is equipped with heating or fans depending on the season.

Set against the backdrop of Tyler State Park and the Neshaminy Creek, the gardens create the feeling of a private treehouse retreat, surrounded by towering trees and sweeping views. It’s a one-of-a-kind setting where natural beauty and timeless elegance come together to create the perfect stage for your celebration.

Tyler Hall

up to 75 guests or add-on indoor option

Our Tyler Hall Package offers an elegant mansion experience for weddings and special events, featuring exclusive use of the first floor, including the Pewter Room, welcoming Parlor, stately Library (seating up to 50 guests), the Octagon Room, and the Music Room (ideal for seating 75 guests or transforming into a lively dessert and dancing space). Guests can also enjoy the charm of the wrap-around patio, creating a seamless flow from indoors to outdoors. . You will also have access to our on-site kitchen facility for catering needs.

Tyler Hall Only (up to 75 guests), This package includes a 4-hour event with private access to Tyler Gardens, plus an additional hour of early arrival for photography. Your event will be beautifully appointed with ceremony chairs, cocktail hi-top tables, and elegant reception seating featuring mahogany Chiavari chairs and 60” round guest tables, along with additional tables for cake, place cards, and a guestbook

As an added benefit, Tyler Hall may be incorporated into other packages as a perfect Plan B option—hosting ceremonies of up to 120 guests in the Music Room, cocktail receptions of up to 250 guests, or intimate rehearsal dinners.

The Orangery

up to 30 guests or add-on package option

The Orangery is a versatile and light-filled space, perfect for hosting intimate gatherings such as rehearsal dinners, social celebrations, or a welcoming cocktail hour. With its inviting atmosphere, it sets the tone for a memorable event.

For more intimate occasions, the Orangery can comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests for a micro event, while also serving as a Plan B ceremony location for up to 100 guests when paired with an add-on package. Its flexibility makes it a wonderful complement to larger events.

Boasting expansive windows that overlook the Tier 1 gardens, the Orangery offers both beauty and convenience, with access to the main tent kitchen and Grupp Hall restrooms. It’s an elegant backdrop that flows seamlessly into the rest of your event experience.

Stella’s Studio

Stella’s Studio is a charming cottage on the grounds, designed to host your hair and makeup team on the morning of your wedding. You may arrive as early as 8:00 AM, allowing you and your wedding party to relax and get ready on-site while enjoying the beauty of the gardens just steps away.

The studio features three levels of thoughtfully designed space: the third level offers a bright and spacious area for hair and makeup, the second level is perfect for lounging with your party, and the first level provides a convenient mini kitchen and restroom access. Every detail is meant to make your morning both comfortable and seamless.

With natural light and soaring ceilings, Stella’s Studio is a dream setting for your photographer to capture those cherished getting-ready moments. Best of all, you’ll be only a short walk from your ceremony, making the transition from preparation to celebration effortless.

Ceremony Only

Already have you reception space picked out but want an outdoor garden vibe for ceremony & photos. We do have ceremony only options available as well as indoor space add-ons. We have hosted both ceremony & cocktail hour on-site, just email us for packages and details.
